A guided or unguided group tour is an excellent opportunity for schools, camps, service organizations, travel groups and large families to receive a personal introduction to the Whales of the Pacific Northwest.

Group tours must be reserved in advance. We also offer additional add-on programs to enhance your group’s visit:

Guided Tours

Led by experienced museum educators, our guided tours provide a unique experience that enhances your group's understanding and appreciation of the whales and the marine habitat of the Salish Sea. Guided tours are available year-round.

Guided groups receive special reduced admission fees:

General Public: Base fee $25.00 Plus

  • $5 per senior 
  • $6 per adult
  • $3 per student/youth
  • Free: children 5 and under
  • Add another $25 for groups above 30

Scholastic and Nonprofit Groups (schools, camps, etc): Base fee $20 Plus

  • $5 per adult/senior 
  • $2 per student/youth
  • Free: children 5 and under
  • Add another $20 for groups above 30

Unguided Tours

If your group would rather explore The Whale Museum on your own, we offer unguided tours 7 days a week all year (a reduced schedule is possible in the winter). The unguided tour takes about 45 minutes to complete, and is available for groups of 10 to 40 people.

Unguided groups receive special reduced admission fees:

How To Make A Reservation

Tour fees may be paid in advance to secure the date and time of your choice. Methods of payment accepted are Purchase Order, online payment (credit card or PayPal), or check by mail. Please contact us to make a reservation and for payment details.
