Rhapsody (J-32) was born during the winter of 1996. She joined a very close-knit family including her mother Ewok (J-20), grandmother Tahoma (J-10), uncle Everett (J-18), and aunt Oreo (J-22). Her name has a few definitions including “an expression of ecstatic enthusiasm” and “rapturous delight or ecstasy.” Rhapsody (J-32) continuously lived up to her name and was a delight to all who knew her. She was an exuberant young whale and was often given the nickname ‘the breacher’ due to her apparent joy in repeatedly jumping from the water. Tragically Rhapsody (J-32) passed away in December 2014.
